Eligibility Criteria

   1. A candidate should lie between an age range of 18 to 28 (date of birth as on 01.01.2011), repose of age has been employed for reserved candidates as per government procedure. The age relaxation is offered to selective candidates in upper age. Reservation of relaxation of age is included of SC/ST up to 5 years, OBC for up to 3 years, and PWD up to 10 years. Ex-servicemen, defense server, widows, divorced women, Jammu and Kashmir domiciles are also offered age relaxation up to 35 to 38 years
   2. Educational qualification is also given a lot of importance. An aspirant should possess 55% in high secondary examination, 50% for SC/ST/PWD/ex-servicemen. The same goes for a graduate candidate. The aspirant should posses the certificate from a recognized board or university.
   3. The aspirant must be comfortable in English and should have a good command over the local language along with national language and English.

Probation period and Reimbursement

A candidate will be paid around 7200 to 19300 INR which doesn’t includes the CCA, HRA, DA and the salary might be augmented time to time according to the commitment showcased by the candidate.

The job has a probation period of six months and after the termination of probation period the performance of the candidate will be evaluated and on the basis of the performance the candidate will be offered a permanent place.

Selection procedure

Bank of Baroda will host a written examination and personal interview which a candidate has to clear. There are certain limitations as all applicants won’t get selected.

The written examination will host aptitude question such as reasoning, quantitative studies, general knowledge questions, some mathematical deductions and a section devoted to English vocabulary.
