About Dena Bank
Dena Bank was founded on 26th May, 1938 by the family of Devkaran Nanjee under the name Devkaran Nanjee Banking Company Ltd. It became a Public Ltd. Company in December 1939 and later the name was changed to Dena Bank Ltd. Under the provisions of the Banking Regulations Act 1949, in addition to the business of banking, the Bank can undertake other business as specified in Section 6 of the Banking Regulations Act, 1949.

Note :
i. DA, HRA, CCA will be paid as per rules depending upon the place of posting. Medical Aid,
Hospitalization Scheme, Leave fare Concession, retirement benefits and other perquisites will
be admissible as per Bank’s rules.
ii. New appointees will be covered by Defined Contributory Pension Scheme as introduced for
Employees of Central Government of India and modified from time to time.

1. 2 Years for JMG – Scale -I
2. 1 Year for MMG- Scale –II & III ,SMG –Scale- V & TEG – Scale-VI
