    * Overall supervision of the institution, management of the operations;

Qualifications:

    * Fluency in English;
    * 5 to 10 years of working experience in high level management positions, if possible in a financial institution (retail banking or microfinance);
    * Working experience in a developing country;
    * Successful professional experience in the management of a commercial venture;
    * Successful professional experience in team’s supervision and structure;
    * Proven ability in project planning and organization;
    * Excellent entrepreneurial, leadership, communication skills;
    * Rigorous, result oriented;
    * Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills.
